ClinX Energy Systems GmbH develops and produces innovative and environmentally friendly energy systems based on an externally fired micro gas turbine. ClinX stands for Clean Incineration, the clean combustion of various fuels. The core innovation of the system lies in fuel flexibility. Since conventional CHP and BHKW systems are often designed for the use of natural gas, they are not suitable for fuels with significantly different properties. ClinX enables the thermal conversion of various residual materials that have previously been hardly utilised energetically (so-called hidden fuels), e.g., production residues or wood waste from the wood industry and landscape maintenance with a high proportion of branches or bark. This is where B+K comes in: for us, there are no waste materials, only energy carriers. With ClinX, B+K offers an innovative CHP solution for solid residual materials in the power range between 40-250 kW electrically. In decentralised operation, ClinX generates electricity and heat from renewable energies, thereby conserving fossil resources and providing CO2-neutral energy. As a subsystem, ClinX can also be retrofitted to existing processes with heat extraction in the high-temperature range and thus be used for subsequent power generation.
